I grew up in Provence in a large family where cooking has always played an important role. Gathering around a big table full of tasty, colourful dishes was, and still is, part of everyday life.
After a master's degree in communication and two inspiring journeys, I came back to my native region to launch the Gaudineto adventure.
As a self-taught chef, I'm now committed to helping you discover the riches of authentic, ethical Mediterranean cuisine. A cuisine that highlights the produce of the Luberon and the region, as the seasons change.
